While driving home during peak bloom season, My inner voice told me to stop and shoot near Bush Highway and 4 peaks. The wildflowers were thick, the light perfect, and I stayed for hours capturing the moment. A week later, the Bush Fire scorched this entire area. This image is now a visual time capsule of a landscape that still hasn’t recovered.
