Description
I call
this one “Orange Moon Rise.” Captured during one of my regular moon-chasing
nights, the moon had a particularly rich orange hue that lit up the sky like
fire. The contrast between the glowing clouds and the silhouetted pines made
this a surreal, almost cinematic moment. It’s nights like this that make me
say I’m getting my “moon tan.” I barely had to do anything to this shot—it
was all there in nature, just waiting to be framed.
